CONCEPT
Pasta alla Vodka is an iconic Italian recipe from the 80s.
Following DolceClub’s style, deeply rooted into transferring guests into a fantastic retro dimension, Most of Italy thought about this pasta as a way to connect memory and contemporary quality awareness.
Indeed, every ingredient in the pasta was sourced with regards to nature and health. The result is an ethical version of a spectacular opulent dish from a past era.
We therefore wanted to bring the rural approach in contact with the urban and glamorous side of the Italian Dolcevita.
Due to the perfect direction of Ata De Cin and the elegance of the guests, this evening truly felt like a movie.
