Most of Italy's website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms&Conditions and any other indication posted on our Site. By purchasing any of our products/services, you declare that you have carefully read, understood and accepted the following Terms&Conditions.

Please note that Most of Italy is not responsible for the guests’ personal safety or for any inconvenience occurring during the Journeys. We decline all responsibility in case of any kind of accident. Most of Italy is not responsible for the safety of guests under 21 years of age which are part of a group that includes adults over 21 years of age. By accepting these Terms&Conditions, guests agree on every aspect listed in this page and release Most of Italy from every legal burden, cost and responsibility.
Most of Italy will communicate dietary restrictions to the venues hosting the event, but it is not directly responsible for problems regarding dietary restrictions. Guests are also requested to specifically state whether cross contamination is tolerated or not. If not specified we assume the allergy is not severe.
Pricing Policy
The prices you will receive via email are in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The purchase includes all the activities listed in the quotation you accepted. No other price will be charged.
The price does not include the following services:
Any extra meal/s the guests may choose to have.
Any extra order during the pre-scheduled meals.
Any extra product/service purchased during the Journey.
Any transportation not listed in the quotation (such as flights, taxis, trains, transfer from/to airport/station).
Any kind of accommodation.
Any kind of personal assistance.
Any kind of insurance (such as medical or travel).
Generally, anything not listed in the personalized quotation guests will accept.
Cancellations and Payments for our Journeys
After sending a request via our form guests will receive a quotation via email. Once guests will accept the quotation they will be able to finalize their purchase via a provided payment link and will immediately receive the due invoice and the official schedule.
Please remember that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. No order can be considered confirmed until guests receive an official confirmation email.
Should a guest decide not to benefit or experience one or more products/services included in their purchase, no price change or discount would be recognized under any circumstance. Due to the exclusive nature of our Journeys, your purchase is not refundable. In case of a cancellation by Most of Italy, only your Most of Italy tickets will be fully refunded. Most of Italy is not responsible for any third-parts supplementary purchase (ex. Hotel, flights) you may have completed regarding the Journey.
Please remember that guests can still transfer their bookings to another person. In that case they consider themselves responsible for transferring all the due information to Most of Italy and to the new ticket/s recipient/s. They can communicate the details at info@mostofitaly.com.
Health
We do our best to ensure everyone’s safety during our Journeys. Our procedures are a result of years of selction of the highest degree partners in the Country. Please note that your assistance is nonetheless fundamental to ensure a smooth experience. During the request questionnaire we specifically require you to indicate the degree of tolerance regarding a possible alergy/intolerance. This information is fundamental in order to understand the possible impact of a mild cross contamination. None of our partners are certified to serve specific clientele with severe conditions (strong gluten intolerance). If no specific detail is provided us, we will automatically assume that yours is a mild intolerance, with no necessity of having to work food in a specific ambient. Most of Italy is also not to be considered accountable for any problem related to this topic.
Inclusion
Most of Italy believes in acceptance. Everyone is welcomed to join our Experiences without the need of dressing/acting in a specific way. All our partners are alined to our beliefs. We just ask respect and understanding for situations which may differ from your specific views. If anything during the Journey triggers you, please report it to your Host or via email. We will do our best to ensure a healthy environment. Most of Italy will not be considered accountable for any problem reported regarding this topic.
The Guides
Our guides can be purchased in the “Store” section of our website
The Guides are not refundable.
Most of Italy is not responsible for any error a guest can make during their purchase.

The information listed in the guides are intended for the person who purchase the guide. It is prohibited to publicly share, disclose or resell any part of it, if not specifically declared by Most of Italy.
The Most of Italy Pass
Our Pass can be purchased in the “Store” section of our website
The Pass represents a sort of voucher. The Pass does not represent a Journey confirmation. Every detail of the Journey and the Journey itself will have to be confirmed to the Pass recipient by Most of Italy. Most of Italy services happens upon availability, and therefore the Journey may not be guaranteed even with a Pass.
The Pass is generally not refundable. However, in case Most of Italy will not be able to accommodate any Journey request of a Pass holder, the full amount will be refunded to the person who payed in the first place via wire transfer,

The Pass does not expire.
The Pass grants costumers access to everything listed on it. Nothing else can or will be included in the price.
Other General Conditions
Guests may appear in pictures/videos taken by Most of Italy, but none of those pictures will be publicly shared for safety and privacy reasons.
Please remember that Most of Italy crafts unique and deep experiences with some of the most prestigious and hidden partners Italy can offer. Every Journey, which is not just a simple Italy food tour, takes time to perfect and is therefore hardly flexible in its structure. It is not very likely that we will apply last minute changes.
The Itinerary consists in a guidance PDF with 3 suggestions per day on where to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We cannot guarantee either a reservation or a price cap in the a la carte menu of each restaurant we select.
Guests are generally allowed and encouraged to take photos/videos and share them online, if not stated otherwise by the pictured subjects or by the pictured subjects owners. Nonetheless, we ask our guests to be as polite and discrete as possible.
By purchasing any of our products/services or submitting the “Design Your Italy” form, you accept being added to our mailing list and you allow us to archive the information you provided.
All the Official Schedules our guests receive are mostly definitive. Due to the artisanal nature of the small farmers/chefs we operate with, last minute changes are possible. Last minute changes to your schedule will be handled by Most of Italy in the most professional way possible, ensuring your enjoyment of an equivalent or superior experience. No refunds are issued in case of a schedule change, even if last minute.
