Edoardo Celadon is the Italian Entrepreneur who founded Most of Italy, with the idea of guarding the delicate system around ethical food.
Born in Florence in 1997 he first graduated in Multimedia Arts, then with a Master’s Degree in Arts Management from Istituto Marangoni.
Following his experience in consulting some of the industry’s most relevant institutions, he indeed decided to share his Country’s deepest culinary Truths, in order to build future Gastronomic Heritage.
After researching and connecting in every corner of Italy and of the World, he opened Most of Italy in 2023.
